Last date of online application submission for UG/ PG courses at Delhi University is July 18, 2020 (5 pm). You can not fill the form at 7 pm. I would suggest you not to wait for the last day, try to fill the form as early as possible.

Also, you can check your admission chances in colleges based on your marks in class 12th using the Delhi University College Predictor Tool.
