It'll be better for you to check the status regi stration this year 2021:

First of all visit the official website of AIIMS-aiims exam.org

Then click on the homepage, click on the 'academic courses'link

Click on the proceed for 'prospective applicants advanced registration'

Click on the undergraduate button on the new page

Login to check the status: http/www.aiimsexam.org/
