U have to first drop your admission in BDS then only with documents u can appear in mbbs counselling through state and u may also require certificate from ur college to submit in counselling.

I have seen during my counselling people who are in BDS , Ayush courses appear in mbbs counselling in Madhya Pradesh.
Still I advise u first take second opinion before leaving college and first assure that u get mbbs thorough state quota
