Admission to BDS via Neet is based on two categories 85% state quota and 15% all India quota usually you will need to get a marks and excess of 500 to get a good government Dental College seat available 15% all India quota and marks in excess of 430 to get a good government Dental College seat available 85% state quota

Sir..I am In BDS already....thrpugh state quota last year....i am apper in Neet 2018....Now i want to Take Admission In MBBS...it is possible yo take admission through state quota again?

Yes you if you have got BDS last year and you want to get into MBBS and you have sufficient rank and marks for that this year then you will have to 42 year BDS seat by paying the requisite amount as as laid down in the prospectus of Curriculum of the college in which you were studying BDS and subsequently you'll have to appear for the Neet counselling if you are eligible for it with the release letter from the previous Institution
