Hello.
Since decision for conducting exam maybe from the the government in this pandemic situation but when it will be conducted, this decision would separately be of University, as some University have successfully conducted this exam so there positive chances that other University will do same, dates are not announced yet the reason may cognate that they are waiting for the normal situation, So I would suggest you to be updated with the official website of University.
