You will not find any coaching centre that will help you in preparing specifically for WBJEE because this exam is not that much tough.Those students who prepare for JEE usually get good rank in WBJEE and if your focus is only for WBJEE then you can prepare from home.Just download past 10 year question papers and try to solve them.This will help you in understanding the type of question that come in the exam.Focus on NCERT books and for standard books for Physics you can study HC Verma and DC Pandey, for mathematics you can study RD Sharma and RS Agarwal and Cengage, for Chemistry you can read NCERTs and MS Chauhan.
Just solving more and more questions will help you in securing a good rank.

look for coaching class near your home. ask your friends and teachers to guide you. you can search them in internet too. there will be many such available. your friends can you better as they might have looked for it too. they can share their expirience.

you have to search yourself which coaching institute does best in performance every year. visit those centre and ask their fee structure and plans available. But keep in mind that it will be you who have to work hard to get a score.
