Hey Sanjay,

MS ramaiah institute of technology is rated as AAAA+ which is best in terms of placements,faculty and facilities ans RV college is also rated as AAAA+ both are better in all parameters,

Anyways i recommend you to read reviews of the college to take a right decision,
