You should focus on important chapters of BITSAT. Make sure you clear your basics. Mostly questions in BITSAT are direct. So, you should refer NCERT books for that.

Below are the important topics for BITSAT

Physics – Mechanics (Newton’s Laws, Work and Energy, Rotational Dynamics etc), Thermodynamics , Electrostatics and Electromagnetism.

Mathematics –  Integral Calculus, Differential Calculus, Coordinate Geometry and Complex Numbers. 

Chemistry- Inorganic Chemistry, Ionic Equilibrium, Chemical Equilibrium.

Refer previous year papers You will get a idea that how questions are asked in the exam and what is the level of the questions.
