As per your query it is incomplete and you didn't mentioned what you wants to know but if you wants choose one from both then i suggest you both are totally different like Bsc is an undergraduate course duration of 3 years and it is mostly specialization in science subject  with theoretical where Btech is 4 year undergraduate course duration of 4 years and its mostly based on technical and practical and now days it is most demanding course rather then Bsc but you can pursing both as per your interest .

As per my suggestion if you good in technical rather then theory then go for Btech and there career scope is much more higher .
