Average students can Excel anywhere if you work hard and give up enjoyment
You will have to work hard to achieve your goals then you can succeed easily

Simce its very necessary to give entrance exam ,if haven't gove then its not possible to get admission in Manipal University.
Since there is any qouta based beat ,and sorry i don't have any idea about it.
