Hey see it is completely depends on no of students joining counselling and there is also a opening and closing rank for every particular branch and it is changing every year .

But if you can get a rank Under 500 in JEE advance then you can surely get CSE in IIT BHUB.

The opening rank is 700 and closing is around 1050 rank. Since you have scored only 52 which is less than cutoff, You are not able to pass the minimum score cut-off required for the JEE advanced as specified by the exam conducting body. You can apply for good NIT or iiit colleges with your jee main rank. To get admission in IIT it is not possible with  the marks you have scored.
