Yes, absolutely students from other streams can apply for master's in a different stream as well. But this totally depends on the university/college you are applying for admissions in. Some colleges/universities allow students from other streams to pursue or change stream but some don't/ If you can mention in particular which college/university you want to get an admit in we'd be able to help you better.
