Calcutta University does not allow M.A /M.Sc admission in economics if you haven't graduated with Economics as an honours subject with min 60% and above.

This is the main eligibility  criteria for getting admission in CU to your preferred discipline to obtain masters degree !

While the CBSE board exams 2021 are set to begin on May 4, the CBSE 2021 practical exams will be held from March 1. CBSE is likely to release the upcoming exam date sheets for the 2021 board exams soon at cbse.nic.in.

Yes, absolutely students from other streams can apply for master's in a different stream as well. But this totally depends on the university/college you are applying for admissions in. Some colleges/universities allow students from other streams to pursue or change stream but some don't/ If you can mention

Assuming the fact that you have done BA in English literature, MA in the same should be a piece of cake for you. The placements are not very decent when it comes to language courses. It would be advisable to seek career in government institutions (or a good private university)
