You can make changes to details like Personal details, Educational Details and Communication details in your TS EAMCET application form during the correction window when it opens from April 8th to April 13th. However, this date might be changed as the current lock down period will only end by April 15th. So please watch out for any official information regarding TS EAMCET. But in general, you can change your Date of Birth during the correction window as it falls under Personal details.
