Yes you can,

It doesn't matter you appeared for 2018 exam or not.
Only you need is to fit the eligibility criteria for neet and that you do.

So, relax, and prepare hard for the next year.

Hello Dear,

Yes, you can appear for NEET in 2019 if you passed in 2018.

don't worry about that you meet the eligibility of CBSE and you are eligible for 2019 NEET whether you are the dropout or not.
