Can I apply for OBC(NCL) from Delhi state quota while I having NCL certificate from Government of Bihar and have domicile of Delhi?

Hello

Technically you cannot have more than one domicile certificate at a time. It can be made only in one state and obtaining more than one domicile certificate is an offence.

I would advise you to not use both your domiciles as it may cause you trouble( really big trouble). However if I were in your place I would have used the domicile of delhi aas for bihar the cutoff marks is expected to be 519 for bihar  and for delhi 511 for obc ncl.
