When can I apply for Bihar Government Medical Colleges through NEET under state quota?

Dear Aasiya, at this point in time, there is no schedule released regarding the dates. Once the NEET merit list is released, the concerned authorities will release State merit lists and only qualified candidates can register for Bihar State Quota for MBBS/BDS. This might happen in the first week of June. Bihar Combined Entraance Competitive Examination board will conduct the counselling in 2 rounds.

What do you mean by qualified candidates? Please can you explain.

A qualified candidate is the one who has passed NEET exam and scored the marks needed according to his/her category.
