Hi Geetika!

The courses you can choose after Bsc in Botany are:

MSc Botany
MSc biotechnology
Msc Microbiology
MSc horticulure

These are the courses whih you can choose if you have done undergraduation in botany. But you must check the eligibility of these courses in the college you are seeking admission.
