You can check the eligibility from the given below link

1- The registered candidates who have not taken admission in any of the participating Institute/University of JAC 2017 upto Fourth Round.

2- The registered candidates who have not been offered any seat upto Fourth Round.

3- Those candidates who have withdrawn their admission from a University/Institute at any stage of Online Counselling.

4- The registered candidates a) who were allotted seat in some round but did not report for admission at DTU/NSIT/IIITD/IGDTUW. b) who have not filled any choices during ONLINE Registration Process. c) who were allotted seat in some round of counselling, but seat was cancelled due to some deficiency.

5- IGDTUW admitted candidate whose rank is lower than Base Cut-off Rank provided by JAC 2017
