Hello Rohit,

You can do B.Tech after B.Sc through lateral entry.The eligibility criteria for lateral entry is to complete diploma in engineering or a B.Sc course .Through lateral entry you can get direct admission to third semester of the engineering course.

It is important to have Mathematics as one of the subjects in your B.Sc course for lateral entry.But for B.Tech in Biotechnology , B.Sc with medical is required.You should also have completed your graduation with a minimum of 55% marks.

Hey rohit,
Yes you can absolutely join btech after completing your bsc course,as they are many engineering which provide admission to the students who have cleared their diploma in engineering or completed their bsc ,you can get admission directly in 2nd year which is also know as lateral entry but remember lately entry is only for those students who have their diploma in engineering or having bsc degree in hand
