After a B.Sc. in Science, you generally cannot directly pursue a Master's in Architecture (M.Arch) or Civil Engineering (M.Tech/M.E.), because:

1. M.Arch (Master of Architecture)

Eligibility: Usually requires a B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) degree.

Why not B.Sc.? Architecture is a professional course with design, planning, and structural elements not covered in B.Sc. Science.

2. M.Tech/M.E. in Civil Engineering

Eligibility: Typically requires a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.

Why not B.Sc.? Civil Engineering involves technical and engineering subjects not included in a B.Sc. Science curriculum.

No, after B.Sc. (Science), you are generally not eligible for Master's in Architecture (M.Arch) or Civil Engineering (M.Tech/M.E. Civil) directly.

  • You can pursue M.Sc. in fields related to Civil like Environmental Science, Geology, Remote Sensing, GIS, etc.
