Dear Aspirant,

You can not do one semester in IIT Gandhinagar or any other IIT as the IITs do not have this facility of providing semester wise study to outside students, there are some student exchange plan but they are for the foreign students and not all IITs have them.

you can however join some internships and workshops in the IITs. For more details check the official website.
