Yes, last year the cutoff for civil, mechanical, chemical and biotech was around these ranks in 7th round, so I think you have a chance for getting these branches.

based on your rank and considering last year trends you will not get core branch but you will get chemical,production and biotech .You may also try for special round may be you can reach to civil or mechanical but it is difficult as the vacant seats in home state are very less.
