You can apply for all the branches in which you are interested. But you get only that branch which will satisfy the required condition.

As your percentile score is near 94 then there are chances of havink the all india rank(AIR) nearly 15000.With this rank you can get any of the branches chemical, civil, computer science,Electrical or Electronics and communication if you are from General category or OBC and if you are from SC or ST you can't get any of the above brwnches with this rank.
