can I get a govt medical seat anywhere in India with a score of 550 and I am on category please do mention the name of college too

Hello

Surely with 550 you can easily get a seat in an mbbs government college via neet.

The chances are higher if you go for state quota counselling and they are even higher if you have a domicile of states like West Bengal, Goa, Karnataka, Maharashtra etc though chances are not that high in states like Rajasthan. Since you have not mentioned your domicile state I will just tell you about AIQ. On the basis of your score you can get a rank around 28000 and with this AIR you may  not get a government college via AIQ however you may easily get a deemed university seat. I will suggest you to go for the AIQ counselling though because one of my friends got a seat in CMC Kolkata via neet AIQ with the same rank as yours (however it was back in 2017).
