Your best chances would likely be in:

• Non-clinical or Paraclinical branches : Think of subjects like Pathology, Community Medicine, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Forensic Medicine. These usually have lower cut-offs.

• Deemed Universities / Private Medical Colleges (Management/NRI Quota) : You might find seats here, but the fees will be very high , often ranging from 20 lakh to over 1 crore per year.

• State Quota : If you have a state domicile, check your state's counselling. Cut-offs can vary, and some states might offer specific options at this rank, particularly in less sought-after branches.
