Hello Candidate,
NTA have not officially declared any cut off lists yet but using previous years data we can predict your chances. with your mentioned percentile your general category rank will be around 35k.
According to last year's cut off you have no chances of getting BArch at VIT mesra, the closing rank was 1802 (after round 7) and 2723(after 2nd mop up round).
