You have not mentioned which course you wanted to join after completion of your 12th standard. But still you can join  in B.tech and complete your four years of Bachelor's degree in any of your interested streams or else you can join BBA or you can also go for CA.

No there is no direct entry in GGSIPU.

Entrance exams are conducted ...For this you first need to fill the online application form to be released probably till the second week of february . You should register before the last date .Then exam dates will be released and you’ll have to give the exam according to the course you want to get in . Form will be released on the official site of IPU i.e 

www.ipu.ac.in

But the institutions will not be the top ones and the placements will also be average. Most of the reputed colleges conducts entrance exams based on which the candidate is selected. Since you have not mentioned the course you are looking for, so I cannot tell you the univeristies offering your desired course.
