You haven't mentioned any college name in your questions but have used #himsr so I think your query is related to humdard institute of medical sciences and research,new Delhi.

It come under deemed medical College and counselling happen through AIQ counselling.

There are total 100 seats which is divided into

General merit - 42 seats

Muslim minorities - 43 seats

NRI quota - 15 seats.

So there is no reservations on basis of caste. You have to take either seat from general merit or if you belong to muslim minority then you can take from this. Both seats are management quota seats and have same fees just cut off goes low for muslim Candidates in minorities quota.

NEET 2020 cut off for HIMSR, delhi was

Gen merit open for all - AIR 28271

Muslim minorities (MM) - AIR 55507

NRI quota - Air 459701

So your score must be 550+ marks in neet2021 so that you can have some chances although it's not fixed as cut off marks keep changing.
