Well, yes , you can apply for it. A separate application is released for candidates of states other than Tamil nadu. It has already been released on the college website.

Go and check it out.

And don't worry for your marks as the minimum of 50% aggerate marks in PCM (40% in case of SC/ST candidates) in HSc or equivalent exaam is required for the college.
