Yes, you are eligible for BITSAT if you have done your 12th from NIOS.

You can check the eligibility criteria below

-The candidates should have qualified 12th standard (or equivalent) examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology.

-An aggregate marks of 75% should have been scored collectively in the three subjects. 60% marks should also have been scored separately in each of the subject.

-All candidates should be proficient in English.
