Merit number means that out of all students who gave BVP CET exam your rank is 131 among them.

Your rank is below 200 therefore there is a good chance that you can get admission in Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, Pune.

If you have  scored above 130/200, it will help you get into CS/IT branch and other branches as well.
