Your question is not clear, please tell where you wish to get admission in M.Tech course like in India (University/College), or in abroad and please be specific with your interested country and university also if you are asking for M.Tech in abroad.

sorry,there is some mistake in my question. I want to know that can I go for foreign universities for master degree after b tech if I do btech from PICT or VIT or MIT? I mean these universities have tie up with foreign universities? I'm mostly interested in THE USA universities.
