The admission process of GS medical college is that all admissions to the graduate courses in medicine and allied specialities in Maharashtra are administered centrally by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER). The Common Entrance test is called MHT CET.

The Candidate must have passed qualifying examination i.e. HSC (or equivalent) examination with the subject Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. are eligible for the course,
