If your home state is Jammu and Kashmir, then you will surely get admission in NIT Srinagar.
You can get:
1) Metallurgical and Materials Engineering
2) Chemical Engineering
You may also get IT and Mechanical Engineering.

If you are from another state, then it would be extremely difficult to get admission here. Because even the Special Round 2 closed at 1.5 lac rank and these rounds are very uncertain so I would suggest not to put time and effort waiting for them.

With your rank, you might easily get into NIT Srinagar. The cut off of 2018 for NIT Srinagar was 251688 (home state closing rank) and 48941(other state closing rank) for chemical engineering. Similarly, for CSE , it was 86828 rank(home) and 33599 rank(other). You can try for IT, mechanical and extc as well. Good luck!

Aneeqa, it seems rather difficult for you to get admission in NIT Srinagar. This is based on your rank and previous year cutoffs. They close admissions after around 70.000 rank.

But again it depends on the number of students who appeared for the exam and as well as the difficulty of the paper.
