For admisison in Panjab University, Chandigarh the final ranks will be prepared after combining 50% weightage of boards marks and 50% weightage of entrances marks. So both the scores are equally important. So knowing your boards results would be more helpful in finding out your chances of Admission. But considering your rank if your boards score is 90%+ you can assume very good chances for admission in  UILS Chandigarh. If your boards score is in 80s chances are less. But you can still try in the subsequent counsellings if you don't get in first. If your boards score is lower than that chances seem less for UILS.
