Hey,
PEC, Chandigarh takes admission on the basis of Chandigarh Counselling Procedure. Yes, any student belonging to All Over India category can take admission in PEC, so you are eligible to take admission in PEC.

There are no reserved seats for OBC quota. With the State Quota, you can get admission through the easy process. You need to score fewer marks as compared to the students who will be seeking for admission in All India Category.
