Hello Ankit,

First of all congratulation for performing well in your exams. With the rank of 31509 in UPSEE 2019 exam it will be difficult to get CSE in PSIT as the CSE branch of PSIT will be on high demand and your chance of getting cse would be very less. But you can get EEE, MECHANICAL and CIVIL in PSIT.
