As per my knowledge  sgrr pg college i.e. shri guru ram rai pg college, uk is a private college.
One of the good private Medical college in dheradun.
So if you are looking for this college  then yes you can try for it because at your marks you can easily get mbbs seat.
Also if you a domicile candidate of uk then its well n good for you .
Otherwise  as NEET ug result is out so participate in NEET ug counseling session register yourself  for private college and for further steps.
One thing you are belonging from general category so try your level best to get admission in mbbs.
Weather it is for government or for private because  no. Of students are more .
Also at your marks you can try for the BDS government in uk only and other Medical courses
