I assume this is your NEET score, and based on previous year cutoffs a safe minimum score would be 480-500+ for unreserved category candidates. This may vary based on the basis of availability of seats and number of applicants .So your chances for government seat is a little low especially under AIQ but you may have better chance under state counselling .
