                  Coming to your question as you belong to BC a category there are good chances that you can enter into BDS course in gitam university..... Last year cutoff mark for general category was around 400 to 350 so there are chances for you to get into....don't worry just attend the counciling..

Coming to the fees payment you can pay through installments only there is that offer......
