Yes u cam get admission in Delhi Universit.u may get but keep some backup option with you.as ur marks are less comparatively to others so u would have to wait for many more cutoffs and hope cuttoff comes down till your marks ..u canget admission in other courses.be positive and search for other options also.gud luck.
