According to your rank there is PWD the genral disability qouta so .. in other state rank by seeing kast year cutoff you are eligible for mechanical and civil engineering  with your pwd rank you can obtained this two branches if the cutoff rises in last round then you will get electrical and electronics also
So , its a good chance go for it
