According to previous year cutoffs and trends you can not get admission in any college under JAC DELHI even under the category of outside delhi,OBC and DEFENCE.As the maximum cutoff rank of round 4 is around 25k -30k but your rank is far from that hence it would be impossible for you to get admission.
