Hii Bengia,
I think you got 45 percentages in boards , right .I think you will not get admission in nit because of your low percentages and as far as government colleges are concerned , for St category I m not quite sure that there will be any relaxation for boards percentages.With such a low percentages, you can only get admission in private colleges.
