Hi,
You can expect a seat in IPU based on your rank. It would have been better if you shared your category and state also, as that makes a difference in cut offs and admissions in IPU.
You can check more specifically about a college using this link: https://www.careers360.com/college-predictor.
Also, if you really wish to pursue LLM and it doesn't seems easy to get admission anywhere else, then IPU isn't a bad option. You can go for it.
