As per your question, I would say that as you have got 345 marks in ap and you are from sc category then you have chances to get bds in your preffered college mentioned above . 

As from sc, you have reservations of 15% in aiq and state quota as well. This year the cut off is higher compared to last year so last year it was 300, this year it would go higher. But you have got 345 so definitely you should try for counseling and you might get it. 

Getting seat depends on studenrs to Seat ratio, cut off, rank etc.
