hi !!

yes, if you have a domicile of assam you can get admission in assam state quota colleges , you have to fill the state form and during document verification you have to show your domicile.

I was waiting for that form . But merit list released by Assam without filling form . Merit list students are those who fill state preference = Assam in neet form of 2018
