I have domicile for Manipur but can I join counselling for Assam state ?

My caste certificate is from the erstwhile UP state (now Uttarakhand) but my domicile state is Assam. Can I apply for state counselling for neet in Assam with St quota?

For 85% counseling, you can only participate for the domiciled state and for rest states you can go with your AIR or 15% quota. Please tell how much you are expecting?
