as per the category you have stated you may get CSE as the closing rank is around 5k. It may be a bit difficult for you. You have to wait until the last round of counselling to get CSE. For ECE the 3B category cutoff rank is :- 5079. You can apply for other branches like ISE,IE,CE,ME,AE,EEE,IPE.

you can get these all branches. Getting CSE or ECE will be a bit difficult with your rank.
